I have been coming here for years and they have always been polite and caring, but I did not understand how highly they value their patients. I recently had an issue with how I felt some results had gone. Do you know what they did about my concerns? They LISTENED! They made a great effort in hearing me out, validating my concerns, educating me, and being empathetic. They put in the work to make me understand that they truly care about their patients. I truly appreciate them and highly recommend them! Also, Sabina is amazingly patient and encouraging. 👏👏👏

I came in for a facial. My intention was to clean up my skin, improve texture and provide a healthy glow. The technician recommended an upgrade service and 4 treatment package. My experience was relaxing although, so far I don't see what the benefit is to the upgrade. I will be patient and see if the consecutive treatments will make an improvement in my skin.

Dr Nael did my lip filler and Xeomin and I love it so much! I have also seen Rebecca for a Scarlet RF treatment. My skin has been looking amazing ever since. I can't wait for my next session!

I seen Dr. Gharbi for my lip filler. He was great, made me feel better about getting them done. I was so nervous since I never got anything done before. My lips look great! Will recommend to my friends for sure!

Rebecca is the best! She takes the time to evaluate your skincare needs. She is transparent about what to expect from your treatments. During my skincare consultation, she recommended several products that completely TRANSFORMED my skin. I will continue to go here and from now on only trust the products Old Town Med Spa recommends moving forward!

I got lip injections for the first time and she was so so patient with me ! I told her needles freak me out a bit, so she got me water, stress balls, and let me take breaks whenever I needed:) My lips are still in the healing process but I really like how they look <3 <3 I was so nervous that they wouldn't look natural or they would throw off my entire face, but I really think they enhance my features ! I'm so glad to have an upper-lip when I smile now lol
